COLDEST NIGHT SO FAR THIS FALL COMING UP...WEEKEND WILL BE A LITTLE WARMER...

FORECAST SUMMARY FOR FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2008:

While the snow we were expecting didn't really pan out, the cold air hit big time! It's a little windy out there too, while temperatures struggle to get above freezing this afternoon, wind chills will keep it feeling like the 20s. Everything will come together nicely tonight to give us our coldest overnight low temperatures so far this season...so far we have been down to 18 degrees, and we'll get colder than that tonight. After a chilly Saturday morning though, we should rebound through the weekend and by Sunday it may actually feel good to be outside again. It's a short-loved warm-up though...another winter weather system moves in Monday resulting in rain and then some snow, and light snow could linger into the first half of Tuesday. Fortunately though, everything will calm down in time for traveling around the Thanksgiving holiday. Wednesday and Thursday look dry but a little on the cool side...then a weather system is forecast to come up from the south and possibly bring some rain or a mix of precipitation to the Ohio Valley on Black Friday. We'll keep an eye on it and keep you posted. Stay tuned!
