CINCINNATI -- After decades of separate ownership and operations, two legendary Cincinnati media outlets will once again be joining forces to become the news voice for the Tri-State. WLWT NEWS 5 will become the television news and weather source for Cincinnati’s most historic and market-leading radio station, 700WLW.

As part of this partnership, NEWS 5 will present news and weather updates from the NEWS 5 Weather Plus Team, featuring The Power of 5 Radar Network. The partnership will include sharing of news, weather and information content along with cross use of television and radio personalities seen on NEWS 5 and heard on 700WLW.
