HAMILTON, Ohio -- A man with a severe mental disability accused of killing his roommate at a group home last month has been indicted.A grand jury returned an indictment for one count of murder Tuesday against Edward Shuman, 20, a resident at the Fairfield Center.Shuman is accused of beating and strangling Joseph Beaudon, 50.
Prosecutors have said that they don't believe Shuman will be found competent to stand trial.
