Police Arrest Three Teens In Price Hill Halloween Shooting

CINCINNATI -- Police said they have arrested three teens in connection with a shooting on Halloween night.Deondre Berryman, 16, is accused of firing two shots into 84-year-old Charles Iles' chest Monday. Police said 17-year-old Terrance Davis and 18-year-old Otis Clark Jr. were accomplices in the crime.Clark is being held on $1.5 million bond in the Hamilton County Justice Center. Berryman and Davis are under juvenile detention.
All are charged with two counts of attempted robbery and one count of attempted murder.Clark was arrested Wednesday after police got a report that he had a gun on a Metro bus, officials said.Iles' wife opened their front door to a group of would-be robbers posing as trick-or-treaters at about 9 p.m. Monday to tell them she wasn't handing out any more candy.The culprits then barged into the house and shot Iles in the chest as he tried to dial 911, police said.
