Rotting Body Found In Dumpster

CINCINNATI -- Police found the rotting body of a man in a Dumpster in Over-the-Rhine, News 5 reported.

Police discovered the body wrapped in a blanket on Elm Street after receiving complaints about a terrible smell.

Police believe the man was murdered, but they don't know who he is. He was described as black, in his late 20s or early 30s, between 6 feet and 6 feet 2 inches tall and between 250 and 300 pounds. He had "$TACKS$" tatooed on his lower left arm.
