A man accused of "upskirting" -- secretly taking photos up women's skirts with a concealed camera -- pleaded no contest to voyeurism charges Wednesday, News 5 reported.

Ken Blackerby, 40, of Delhi Township, pleaded no contest to one count of voyeurism and was found guilty. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail. He was also fined $250 and will spend two years under basic supervision.

Blackerby was caught by security at Saks Fifth Avenue downtown taking photos with a camera hidden in a large envelope.

At the time of the offense, he was out on bond from a previous voyeurism charge. A woman at a tanning salon in Delhi accused him of peeping over a wall into a booth where she was undressing.

Blackerby was also ordered to go through clinical evaluation and treatment at a minimum behavioral controls group.
