Babysitter Indicted In Shaken Baby Case

WEST CHESTER, Ohio -- An 18-year old babysitter accused of shaking a baby nearly to death has now been indicted. Eva Tolentina is locked up on $100,000 bond. Police say she shook 7-month old Diego Moralez so badly that he's hospitalized in critical condition.
Tolentina was babysitting Diego at an apartment in West Chester. In addition to these charges, Tolentina is also an illegal alien.
