Green Twp. Man Charged In Sexual Assault

GREEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- A Green Township man faces multiple charges in a sexual assault earlier this year near his home.Authorities arrested Robert Super III, who police said was 17 years old at the time of the attack, and charged him with one count each of kidnapping, attempted rape and gross sexual imposition.Investigators said Super grabbed a 20-year-old woman as she walked March 1 on Calmhaven Drive and dragged her between two houses, where police said he forced the woman to the ground, attempted to rape her and fondled her breasts.
Super has been held since Nov. 1 in the Hamilton County Justice Center on an unrelated charge.A similar attack on a 15-year-old girl took place in October on nearby Starhaven Trail and remains under investigation.
