CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a suspect in an Over-The-Rhine shooting overnight Thursday that left one man dead.Investigators said Roger 'Tony' White was shot several times near the intersection of Findlay and McMiken streets shortly after 4 a.m.White, 34, was taken to University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Officers arrested Randy Dobbs, 25, of Over-The-Rhine, around 6 p.m. Thursday.He was charged with murder.
