A Missouri mother was arrested at the Kentucky State Fair after police said she gave her child a baby bottle filled with alcohol, reported WLKY-TV.

According to a police report, an officer saw 40-year-old Kathryn Bowen buy wine at the fair before pouring it into a baby bottle. The officer then saw Bowen give the bottle to her 11-month-old.
